What is Homes for Homes? 

Homes for Homes is a not-for-profit created by The Big Issue, designed to raise funds for social and affordable housing. The idea is simple but powerful: property owners can choose to donate just 0.1% of their property’s sale price when they sell. 

This contribution goes directly towards building housing for Australians in need – right here in our own communities. 

Why is Prince & Parade Supporting This?

The 0.1% donation is entirely voluntary, and because it’s made only at the time of sale, it doesn’t affect your lifestyle or ongoing costs. Yet the collective impact can be enormous.

It’s a simple promise that stays with the home, not the owner, ensuring future residents can continue the positive impact.
